This is the Eagle Industries MAR-CIRAS or the Maritime Version of the system. The CIRAS was made popular during the GWOT period for it's innovative (at the time) releasable function with a ripcord that keeps the entire vest together that can be quickly pulled and the vest will "fall apart". There were 2 models available which were the "MC", or land; or the "MAR" for Maritime. The main difference is how the cummerbund is placed on the front; the land is a traditional front flap whereas the Maritime opens on the side "wings".

There are two grades are available:

Grade 1: New, Out of Plastic, With IIIA Armor (New old Stock Survival Armor)

Grade 2: Used, Like New. With IIIA Armor (Like new Quantum Armor)

• Can Hold SAPI plates based on the size of the vest, IE: A large vest will hold Large SAPI plates
• These are full kits that include the Base Vest Assembly, Internal Cummerbund, External Cummerbund, Shoulder Pads, Rip Cord and Rip Cord Retainer
